There were thunderstorms in areas all around them but where ever these two went there were blue skies and sunshine.

Life sometimes gives us storms but after, the sun always shines.

Zach came into Jenny’s life at the perfect time and they haven’t looked back since.

This tulle dress was to die for! Jenny you’ve got amazing taste!

Their wedding took place at the Perinton Presbyterian Church in Fairport, NY.

The room was full of emotions as Jenny was walked down the aisle by her two younger brothers.

And they’re married!

These bridesmaids were so sweet and looked stunning in their J. Crew dresses and with their amazing bouquets!

And then there were the awesome groomsmen!

The White House Lodge at Webster Park was the perfect place an intimate reception with their family & closest friends.

And then we took a little hike. The blue skies, storm clouds & lake provided the perfect backdrop.

Seriously, you two are perfect together.

I don’t think it could be any more obvious how in love the two of you are.

These speeches were some of the most creative and heart felt that I’ve ever witnessed.  Your families love the two of you so much.

And although Jenny’s Dad wasn’t able to be there, it was clear that he was there in spirit smiling down on you two.

I’m so glad we were able to steal away from the reception for these sunset photos!

Zach & Jenny…I want the two of you to know what a wonderful couple you are.

I couldn’t have been more honored and thankful to be apart of your wedding day.

Couples like you make this “job” far better than I could have ever imagined.

May 23rd was such a beautiful day in Buffalo as we celebrated Jeff & Katie’s wedding.

From the moment we walked in the door until we left that night we felt at home.

They have the kind of family and friends that everyone wishes they had.

They’re the kind of couple you can’t help love being around.

It was one of those weddings that was hard to leave, the fun just didn’t stop.

These earrings were Jeff’s wedding present to Katie and they match her wedding rings perfectly.

The Buffalo First Presbyterian Church was the perfect backdrop for their ceremony.

And then there was this good lookin’ bridal party!  I can’t even tell you how fun they were…seriously, NON STOP FUN!

Julia, you captured these ladies perfectly!

As we were taking photos another bridal party was in the same area so we decided to do a joint photo!

Julia, my sister-in-law & ammmmazing second shooter took these photos.  You two are so photogenic!

Katie, you’re stunning! Dang girl!

Delaware Park, Buffalo had so many great places for photos!  I’m so glad you suggested it Jeff!

We got to Pearl Street Grill and Brewery for their reception and it was perfect.  I loved the brick walls, wooden beams & rustic decor!

And then there was some pretty serious dancing going on!

And at the end of the night there was no doubt that you both had found your perfect match.

I hope you had an amazing honeymoon and many more days filled with laughter, jokes, dancing & love!

There are a lot of things that I enjoy about life but one of my favorites is getting to meet amazing people and become friends with them.  I was lucky enough when I started my job at the Genesee Country Youth Bureau that I began at the same time as Chelsea. We instantly became friends and working with her was such an awesome experience! Being a full time photographer is the best job I’ve ever had but I miss working with Chelsea A LOT!

Chelsea and Mark got engaged last June in Delaware and I couldn’t have been happier for them.

They are one of those couples that you KNOW belong together, it just works.

Mark spends a lot of his free time fishing so here’s a photo of the bait that got him his best catch yet!

They were looking all over for a spot like this and luckily I knew just the place!

Harriet Hollister Park was the perfect spot for a shot of the whole lake.

You guys nailed this one! <3

And this photo may be a little random but we saw a black bear during the session!  We were driving and it crossed the road so this was as good of photo as I could get from the car but we were so excited!

I’m so glad I got to take your engagement photos Mark and Chelsea! You guys are the best and I can’t wait for your wedding!

I don’t know about any one else living in New York but this past winter is one that I hope we don’t see again for a long, long time. It was way too cold to be outside most days, let alone taking photos but these two braved it!  It really was a beautiful day, minus the cold and we were at one of the most beautiful parks in NYS.  I’ve always loved Letchworth and getting to photograph these two here only added to my love for it!

I’ve known James and Ashley for a while now and it was apparent right from the beginning that there was no turning back for them.  They know how to make each other laugh and are always having fun…definitely my kind of couple!

Helllloooo frozen falls! So glad we “wandered” over to this spot for this one!

James you’ve got mad skills…this sign was adorable and I can’t wait to see how you two incorporate everything into the wedding!

One of my favorites from the session!  Pine trees are my favorite in the winter!

Ashley you totally pulled this one off! Love it!

And what’s a snowy engagement session without a snowy ring shot, North Face jackets and a snow ball fight!

I just want you two to know how much fun I had taking photos with you and that I can’t wait to share your wedding day with you!!

This past weekend I traveled to Maryland and Washington DC with a few of my favorite people!  We had such a great time just wandering around and catching up!

Here’s a few photos and here’s to hoping we get some warm days and blossoms here in NY soon!
